Earn more with GrabPet XL service and Grabcar Executive

Starting 25 May 2021, Grab is launching 2 new ride options. The first is GrabPet XL service where riders can take more than 2 pets with them on the ride. It is the upsized version of the GrabPet service that was launched back in 2019.

The first to launch a private-hire pet ferrying service was launched by Uber back in 2017.

The new GrabPet XL service will use larger vehicle models which will have greater capacity of riders and pets

A GrabPet XL vehicle can now fetch 3 passengers and 3 small to medium-sized pets (up to 41cm in length), or two large pets (41cm in length or more) in a single trip. All household pets licensed by the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVA) except birds are permitted on the vehicle.

GrabCar Executive

A premium private-hire service will also be introduced on 25 May 2021. The new service will be named GrabCar Executive and fares will start from $15.

A fleet of premium 4 and 6-seater vehicles, namely the BMW 5 Series, Mercedes Benz E-Class, Mercedes-Benz V220, and Toyota Vellfire models will be utilised.

GrabCar Exec driver-partners who wish to be enrolled in the new service will be required to attend professional training. Drivers will also be advised to dress up professionally when providing the service.
