For safety-related incidents, drivers can contact +65 69000521. Please note that this hotline is exclusively for reporting accidents and safety-related concerns.
The Grab hotline number +65 6655 0005 is no longer operational when we last checked. Drivers who have any issues with the app are advised to go to the homepage of the driver app, tap on the Account icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen, scroll down and select Help Centre. Click on Select Support at the bottom and scroll down to the page and select Call Us.
What are the things Drivers can call the customer service hotline number for
1) Lost and Found in a ride from a Passenger
2) Booking cancellation
3) Booking assistance: ie, Additional stop charges
4) Incentives matters: ie, Latest Incentives details, Grab Emerald Circle and when does grab pays its driver
5) Report incidents with the Rider such as verbal, and physical abuse, damage to the vehicle etc
6) Grab App issues
7) Update of particulars such as mobile number, vehicle details, and your name (if applicable)
