Single Mum left stranded by Uber account suspension and is desperate

We received a desperate plea email from a Private-Hire Driver who sought our help to make known her case.

Read the Full Email from our fellow Private-Hire Driver who is a struggling single mother and has been suspended since 1 July 2017.

There were many Drivers that were left stranded on 1 July 2017 when their account has been suspended by the ride-hailing companies.

Many of those who were affected claimed that they have registered before 30 July 2017 and were promised that they will be allowed to carry on driving while they apply for the Private car Driver Vocational Licence (PDVL) by 30 June 2018.

A high percentage of those who did not receive their Approval-To-Drive (ATD) were not allowed to drive from 1 June 2017 were permanent residents, foreigners and drivers with past criminal records.

Any of our Private-Hire brothers and sisters got similar experience and how you managed to solve it? Share it with the community in the comment box!
