Ride-hailing company Grab launched a new service called GrabShuttle. The new service allows riders to pre-book a seat from a list of established routes on its 13, 23 and 40-seater vehicles.
Riders have to book via the new GrabShuttle app.The GrabShuttle app is available on both iOS and Android.
Most of the bus route only operate on weekdays, excluding Public Holidays.
All fares are fixed with no additional surcharge. Current route prices is in the range of S$3.50 and S$5. Booking windows vary by route, riders can book seats up to 5 minutes before the route departs. Availability is on a first-come-first-served basis, riders who book too late may not be able to get their booking for the route.
