Uber has heard you and understand your pain in doing UberPool trips through the 101 feedbacks survey sent to all Drivers.
They value your feedback so much that they will even pay you up to $10 if your feedback are selected.
Starting 28 April, all matching UberPool trips will be auto-accepted and added to the route.
Drivers no longer have to tap screen to accept. Look out for the notification ‘NEXT RIDER ADDED‘ while on a UberPool trip
Routes will be auto-updated and driver just have to follow the app instructions to pick-up and drop-off.
