The next time you see a car with a private-hire decal, it may not be your usual Uber or GrabCar Driver behind the wheel.

In a recent video by Channel NewsAsia, the crew followed an unlabelled stealth police car on road patrol.

The video was to show how the Traffic Police clamp down on heavy vehicles for traffic violations.

So the next time you see a car with a private-hire decal, always

  • Give way
  • No high-beam
  • No tail-gate
  • No honking
  • Keep your eyes on the road and not who is in the car
